Do you have a retail shop?

As a private studio we do not have a walk-in retail shop. You can pre-order online and choose from our delivery options available at checkout when processing your order.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver within a 20 miles radius for local deliveries within Herefordshire, and some parts of Worcestershire to include Ledbury, and Malvern. We also use a courier service within UK mainland only.

Can I collect my order?

We apologise that you cannot make personal collection at this time.

When will the flowers be delivered?

Please allow 2 working days for your postal order to be created and shipped. We are currently using a 48 hour delivery service, and you will be notified when your flowers leave our studio and the expected delivery date.

Can I select a delivery time?

Unfortunately we cannot offer or guarantee a specific delivery time. If no one is at home, please specify a safe and secure place to leave your flowers.

Can I place an order for same-day delivery?

Unfortunately we do not offer a same day delivery service at this time.

Can I have a delivery of flowers to an address other than mine?

Yes, at the checkout, please specify to which address you would like your flowers delivered.

My flowers have been damaged. What should I do?

On very rare occasions flowers may arrive damaged in transit. If this occurs, please send an email with date, time, and attach a photograph on receipt of your flowers. We are happy to resolve any issues either with a refund or replacement.

How long with my flowers last?

Depending on the variety our flowers will last between 5-8 days. Please follow care instructions included in our boxes to ensure their longevity.
